The Binge Eating Disorders Group is a weekly onging therapy group for women who overeat, are addicted to foods, and are out of control with their eating choices.  The psychotherapy group process encourages members to look within, focusing on self-esteem, self-worth issues, and developing insight into what may affect food cravings.  The emphasis is on making peace with oneself.
